The implementation of the redesign of the old town alleys and squares in Lüdenscheid, based on the 2018 competition, is progressing steadily. Via a walking strip with sawn existing pavement, the northern alleys of the old town are now already much more usable without barriers. Some of the southern alleys have also already been completed with new paving material.
